We bought this last year, to replace a more flimsy one. 1st time using it last weekend of May 2025. I put it up myself, but would be better with 2 people. The roof goes on no bother although the way I did it , it was a tight fit. I don't know if you can leave the roof on when you fold it up and pop it back in the bag. I used water filled bases which worked ok apart from the wall which I will need to put up 1st before fitting the bases. I trial ran some solar lights around the frame which seemed to look ok. When we were done in the hot tub, we lowered the height of the legs and thr clips went straight into the water base and held the gazebo there. Which was handy. Unfortunately this gazebo does not really like wind, we had very little wind the 1st night , but the Saturday it was gusting and the gazebo was launched in the air and taken off the decking, even with the panel shown on the photos , take off. I didn't want to screw it down to my new decking which is why I used water bases. The gazebo kit does come with sand bags that wrap around the leg bases. It's sturdy enough , and with the extra walls I purchased , once the weather picks up it should be fine. Well worth the money.

The MasterCanopy 3mx3m Pop-up Geazebo arrived late having done an impromptu tour of distribution centres across the south of England. This is a very good pop-up gazebo with a strong frame and a good canopy - not canvas but a pvc material that is silvered inside. The canopy has a substantial vent at the apex to aid stability in windy conditions. I found it very easy to erect - if you can secure one leg it can be managed with care by a single person. This gazebo would have a 5star rating but is let down by the included sidewall, which is far too short for the structure and therefore completely useless for its intended purpose, as advertised in the item description. it also does not correspond to any of the illustrations and descriptions in the item description on the site. The canopy height above the ground can be varied from approximately 160cm to 185cm, the sidewall is 140cm in height leaving a substantial gap at the bottom to the floor! I would highly recommend buying the 3mx3m gazebo as a stand alone item, as supplied by Amazon, but do not waste the extra money for the version including the sidewall - if you need one, buy the correct sized item separately.

Bought 2.5x2.5m one may ‘23 and it was perfect. Sturdy, well made, shielded the sun off the kitchen and shelter from the rain. Bought another one this year and the frames even better with the push up bar on the centre of the roof. The roof of the one purchased in 2023 has took a beating from the elements and has a few rips in the corners from the weather it took at the back end of last year, packed up around October cos it was so nice to sit out when it rained. Been trying to look how to buy a replacement roof cos the frames still spot on. The bag it comes in has wheels so even though it’s a bit heavy, it’s easy to move around. Brilliant bit of kit, even bought my mum one, if anyone knows how to order just the roof, please tell. Thanks

We have had it just over 11 months and not used anymore than twice a month and it has already broken on all corners and screws/bolts just fall out of it randomly each time its erected. Instructions are fairly straightforward and the video is the best guide. When putting the canopy up for the first time we found it very difficult to get the top sections to lock in. From the video it seemed so easy to press the red button and slide canopy up to lock in, this is not the case, I used my weight to hold down the canopy and pressed the red button while my husband used all his strength to push the canopy up into lock position, hopefully this will become easier with use. The instructions don’t say if you have to remove the canopy cover when you take it back down or if it can be folded away still attached, if anyone knows, it would be useful to know. As for being 100% waterproof that I am yet to find out but I did see needle holes in the stitches on the wind cap area which I think will leak but we will see. Overall it’s a great product, sturdy, great size and well packaged with its own trundle bag which makes taking it with you on your travels far easier.

J'ai installé la tonnelle il y a 2 mois et demi et voilà...3 attaches sur 4 en tissu n'ont pas tenues... à mon avis la 4e va suivre. Donc déçu ...☹ Tonnelle gris anthracite avec 1 mur latérale. Alors là tonnelle par elle même est très bien. Conforme à la description. Par contre, la paroi est bien plus petite que prévu.. 1,50 m de hauteur au lieu de 2 mètres. Dommage. Seul bémol, lorsque l'on commande en gris anthracite pas facile d'avoir des parois avec fenêtres, alors qu'elles existent en d'autres couleurs... pourquoi?🤔 Bon je reviens sur mon commentaire...le toit n'a pas résisté au vent... où puis-je trouver un toit de remplacement pour ce genre de tonnelle ? C'est bien de vendre des tonnelles pop up mais où peut on se procurer des toits des rechanges !!!

Zwar gestaltet sich der Aufbau durch das "Ziehharmonikaprinzip" sehr leicht und ist problemlos in kürzester Zeit von 2 Personen erledigt, allerdings sehe ich in den 4 höhenverstellbare Standfüßen die Schwachstelle des Pavillons. In den Vierkantrohren der Teleskopstangen ist viel zu viel Spiel drin und das Ganze hinterläßt ein dünnbeiniges wackeliges Gebilde, besonders wenn auch mal ein Lüftchen weht. Für mich gab es den Ausschlag, die Lieferung zu retournieren.
