The product is of high quality on whole. In 2 occasions, one of the metal bar has broken due to the very strong wind and rain overnight. The customer service provided replacement within a reasonable time. Recently, it has broken down the third time due to strong wind and heavy rain. The customer service offered a new one and charged only the delivery cost which was about half the price of a new order. During the whole course of communication, the customer service is always helpful and responses promptly. I highly recommend this company’s product but not let it standing overnight during very strong wind and heavy rain.

My tent was missing patches on the roof Velcro. I suspect it will rip there over time. The product is good value for money. The fabrication is cheap on the framework but the design is excellent making it easy to install and disassemble. The legs are aluminium tubes square and work very well. Clips are positive and look strong enough. They are plastic which might be an issue if they suffer uv brittleness Overall I’m happy. Provides good shade and is waterproof. The tent material could have been a stronger grade.

This is an excellent gazebo and very sturdy. It comes with a storage bag that you can fit the gazebo back into unlike many that you once open you can't get back in. The storage bag comes with wheels making it easier to move. It is really easy to put up and I can do it on my own. I use mine when I need to work outside with power tools therefore needed something that was not only waterproof but would also protect me from the sun which this gazebo does both. I would highly recommend this gazebo and I have recommended it to other professionals and they have purchased the same one and are happy with it.

Do not buy this item. It is made from weak, lightweight materials that bend and tear. The Gazebo cover is made from very flimsy material. The ‘steel’ legs and frame are also very flimsy. The gazebo did not come with any clips for the guyropes although they are shown on the assembly instructions. Whilst we were attempting to erect the gazebo a light gust of wind lifted the whole structure and rolled it across the garden! Result; bent leg and cover torn in 5 places. Rubbish!! 2 month update: after straightening. the bent leg and patching the tears with duct tape, the gazebo withstood several.episodes of strong wind. The covering didn’t tear any further which was a bonus. But one night a heavy storm struck. The fabric is definitely waterproof as the weight of the rain pooling in the unsupported sections of the roof caused the whole structure to bend and collapse. Result, a trip to the recycling centre next day. Final observation: the ‘green’ fabric faded to a dull gray after 8 weeks of strong sunshine. Oh and nighttime creatures gnawed holes in two of the four sandbag leg weights. Definitely do not waste your money on this product. Look at the gazebos market stall holders use and buy one of those. It will cost a lot more but maybe last a lot longer. Update 2024: did our research this time. Looked at local market stall holders then did web searches on two products. Result - purchased a cheaper (!) gazebo directly from supplier in Banbury. The gazebo was simple to erect and has been in constant use in the garden for two months. So still stand by my original review and recommendation. Do not buy this gazebo. It is rubbish. Get a professional product direct from suppliers. You could save money too and have more choice.

I’ve bought a few of these tents over the years and I find this brand has great quality, is super easy to set up and take done and comes with a great carrying bag. I would rather pay the higher price point for these tents and have them for a few years then buy the cheap ones and replace them every summer.

Es sollte vor allem dazu dienen mit wenig Aufwand Auf- und Abzubauen. Habs dann gleich probiert und kann bestätigen, dass es geht. Besser wäre allerdings doch eine zweite Hilfe. Verarbeitung und Qualität sind sehr gut! Befestigungen und auch Verpackung in einem rollbaren Trolley sind sehr gut gelöst. Viele Klett Binder sind an allen Ecken, so hat man wirklich wenig Mühe und und Standfestigkeit. Bin sehr zufrieden auch mit sehr sehr schönen Farbauswahl. Für alle die alleine losziehen und gerne alles beisammen haben, ist das Pavillon echt super!
